The 10th EAEF is a mixture of active, reserve and guard Airmen deployed to Ramstein and constantly flying to war zones to retrieve patients needing higher levels of medical care. A variety of medical personnel, including Ramstein’s 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, flew to a deployed location to bring injured Airmen, Soldiers and Sailors to medical facilities capable of treating their injuries. Spencer and crews from the 10th EAEF are deployed to Ramstein as a bridge between the deployed environment and medical facilities in the U.S. and Germany.
