The Landstuhl running association LLG holds its traditional Christmas run around the Christmas market Nov. 30. The event includes a children’s and main run.
The Landstuhl running association LLG will sponsor its 26th Christmas run Nov. 30.
The children’s run of 1,300 meters will begin at 12:30 p.m., and the main run of 7.6 kilometers is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sign-up will begin at 11 a.m.
The route will be made up of three 2-km loops around the Christmas market in Landstuhl. Starting point will be the Sickingensporthalle (gym) on Kaiserstrasse 128. The finish line will be at the Christmas market.
The children’s run is for any age up to 15 years old. The main run is for participants older than 15. The fee costs €6 for adults and €3 for children.
All participants will receive certificates and prizes. The awards ceremony for children will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Sickingensporthalle, and the awards ceremony for adults will take place at 4:30 p.m. at the Christmas market. Organizers remind runners to bring their winter clothes for after the run.
