How has the 86 MDG improved access to care?

The 86 MDG stood up an acute care clinic (i.e. Active-Duty Sick Call) weekdays from 0730-0830, located on the 1st floor of building 2121 through the south entrance.

Clinics scrub next-day schedules to ensure ancillary results are received, network referral records are translated, appointments are correctly scheduled, and more to ensure appointments are utilized fully.

How can I receive information regarding the 86 MDG?

To receive communication from the medical group, please consider a variety of our platforms: Air Force Network, MHS GENESIS Patient Portal messaging, TRICARE website, AF Connect App, Ramstein Air Base Key Spouse Network, commanders, and various other outreach events. Moreover, our most frequent platform to receive various information is our Facebook page “AFMS – Ramstein 86th Medical Group.”

How can you optimize your time when visiting our MTF?

Arrive to your appointment 15 minutes in advance to ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to your appointment.

Skip the wait and activate your prescriptions online! This can be done through the MHSG Patient Portal or the Q-Anywhere system. You will receive a notification when your prescription is ready, and most prescriptions are ready for pick-up within 3 hours.

Refilling your prescription is now even easier! Through the MHSG Patient Portal, simply select your medication under “Rx Refills” and send a message to your provider team.

How do I set up my MHS GENESIS Patient Portal?
