LANDSTUHL, Germany – U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Roger Giraud (right), commander of Medical Readiness Command, Europe, and Command Sgt. Maj. Jesus Gonzalez (left), recognized two Public Health Command Europe (PHCE) civilian employees July 30 for their outstanding achievements during the recent PHCE Organizational Inspection. The employees were; Michelle Thum, the PHCE Public Affairs Officer, and Perry Doegah, the PHCE Information Systems Security Manager. Because of its extreme value in assessing the readiness of all Army organizations, the Organizational Inspection Program continues to be a high priority for the Army’s senior leaders and The Inspector General.
