Discover Unique Finds at the Valentine’s Bazaar!

Celebrate Valentine’s weekend at the Valentine’s Bazaar, a one-stop shopping destination filled with treasures for everyone! Hosted by Family & MWR, the event will take place from Friday, Feb. 14, through Sunday, Feb. 16, at the Special Events Center, Bldg. 237, on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Shopping Hours: Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; and Sunday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. There will be a multitude of vendors offering everything from pottery, antiques, wine, cheese, jewelry, and so much more. Spring Bazaar: Your Shopping Haven

School Age Summer Camps

Registration is now open for the Army Family and MWR Child and Youth Services School Age Programs’ Vision 2025 “Shaping Our Future” Summer Camps.  The program offers nine weeks of care services from June 16 to Aug 11. These camps are for School Age Centers on Wetzel Kaserne, Landstuhl Post or Sembach Kaserne. Pickleball Tour

Armed Forces Entertainment presents a Pro Pickleball Tour March 13 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center on Smith Barracks. The pros are here to help you level up your game. Join Danny Jensen, Walter Lau, Brooke Revuelta, and Helen To as they take center court to show off their skills and give you the edge you need to dominate in your league. Players, ages 16 and older, can be participate with a team or as a solo player. Belt It Out Karaoke with Jacey Dragon

Is singing your guilty pleasure? In tune or off key, be in the moment and channel your inner superstar at the Tavern on the Rock, located inside the Rheinlander community Club, Friday nights for Belt it Out Karaoke Nights with Jacey Dragon. CYS Pickleball Clinic

Baumholder Child and Youth Services Sports is offering a free Pickleball Clinic with Armed Forces Entertainment March 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks. This is for ages 5 to 18. Pre-Registration is not required. All equipment will be provided. Registration is onsite. Pro pickleball athletes will provide pro-level instructions. The clinic will showcase fundamental drills, practice stations, pro-player exhibition match and a pickleball prize competition. Pins and Roses

The Striker’s Bowling Center is hosting a Pins and Roses special Feb. 14 & 15 at the center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Special includes discounted bowling rates of $15/hour per lane; half price for shoe rentals; Red Pin bowling on Feb. 14 and 15; and Glow Bowling on Feb. 15. Books and Brews Silent Reading Party

The Baumholder Library invites the community to the very first monthly Books and Brews Silent Reading Party for those 18 and older at the Warrior Zone starting Monday, Feb. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. Spring German Hunting Course in Baumholder & Kaiserslautern

A spring German hunting course will be held Feb. 26 to May 10 in Kaiserslautern, and March 1 to May 17 in Baumholder. Registration is now until the first day of class. The German Hunting Course is an intensive program. Cost is $250 and membership fees. Open to hunters ages 18 and older, who are U.S. citizens/I.D. cardholders. Youth Sports Spring Registration

Youth Sports Spring Registration for youth ages 5 to 15 is now to Feb. 28 (or until teams are full). Sports offered are Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Golf and Track & Field. Practice locations are Landstuhl, Sembach and Kaiserslautern) and vary by sport. Cost is $65 & up. A Health Assessment/ Sports Physical good through June 15 is required. Start Smart Registration

Registration for Start Smart baseball and soccer for ages 3 and 4 is now to March 21 or when slots are full. Cost is $30. Start Smart is a parent/child interactive program lead by a Sports and Fitness Specialist. Winter Chai Special at Java Café

Winter Chai Specials happening at Baumholder, Landstuhl and Rhine Ordnance Barracks Java Cafés now to April 10. Winter Chai specials include Iced Chai Tea with Oat Latte and Chai Tea with Oat Latte. The Baumholder Java Café is in the CMR Building, 8661 on Smith Barracks. The Landstuhl Java Café is inside Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Bldg. 3774 on Landstuhl Post. The Java Café on Rhine Ordnance Barracks is a stand-alone Building, 273.

Registration for Baumholder 2025 Youth Spring Sports Season

Registration for Spring Youth Sports for the Baumholder community is now until March 9. Sports offered are baseball (ages 5 to 15) and Track & Field (Ages 8 to 15). Cost is $65. Bows and Bowties Ball

The Baumholder Child and Youth Services are hosting a Bows and Bowties Ball Feb. 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. Children must attend with a supervising adult. The cost is $5 per child through WebTrac or payment at Parent Central Services. Registration for this event is happening now until Feb. 10. Comedy Workshop

“They’re All Gonna Laugh At You!” Comedy Workshop is Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the KMC Onstage Studio, in the Kaiserslautern Community Activity Center, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. The workshop is for ages 18 and older. Cost is $50. Find out more at kaiserslautern.armymwr.com.

Dance Audition Workshop

Local choreographer Letrice Titus will offer a dance audition workshop Feb. 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the KMC Onstage Main Stage, Bldg. 3232 on Kleber Kaserne. This workshop is to prepare auditionees for the auditions for the KMC Onstage production of “A Chorus Line!” This workshop is open to ages 14 and older, who have any level of dance experience. Cost is $45. Weekly Yoga Classes-Tuesday & Thursday

Two new yoga classes are now available in the Baumholder community. Every Tuesday, 6:30 -7:45 p.m., enjoy Soft & Slow Yoga, and every Thursday, 6:30-7:45 p.m., Yoga Balance. Landstuhl Library Baby Brillance Storytime

Baby Brilliance Storytimes returns in September and will be held every Thursday of the month starting at 11 a.m. at the Landstuhl Library, Bldg. 3810 on Landstuhl Post. This is a fun storytime for ages birth to 18 months with songs, fingerplays and more. Signups are not required. Storytimes will not take place on Federal Holidays. Strikers Bowling Center Duty Bowl & Two for Tuesday

Duty Bowl for service members in uniform is only $5 per hour and per lane every day at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. All Soldiers “duty” bowling must be in duty uniform. Two for Tuesday special will be $2 per game and $2 shoe rentals from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Tuesday. Dungeons & Dragons at Baumholder Library

Go on adventures with an intrepid crew of heroes with Baumholder Library’s Dungeons & Dragons offered every third Tuesday of the month from 4 to 5 p.m. This is for ages 9 to 14. Players can use their imagination and creativity to build the story and move the game forward. Seats are limited and registration is required.
