Don’t be a no-show, call in advance

No one wants to miss their medical appointment, but if unforeseen reasons make doing so necessary, please let us know in advance at the U.S. Army Health Clinic-Kaiserslautern.

We’ll be happy to cancel or reschedule because no-shows hurt us all. We lose that appointment spot, and someone who needs treatment may not get it.

If you can’t make your appointment, please call U.S. Army Health Clinic-Kaiserslautern at 483-1750 or 0631-411-1750 and we’ll reschedule your appointment as close as possible to the day and time you need.

One or two days before your appointment, the audio call center will call you between 5 and 8:30 p.m. to remind you. If you don’t answer, we’ll leave a message asking you to call to confirm or cancel.

We take pride in taking care of our own, so help us help you by letting us know if you can’t keep your appointment.

The reason for canceling isn’t important, but knowing that you aren’t coming is.
