Third Integration Run takes place May 28

The Kusel Lebenshilfe, an organization supporting mentally and physically disabled people, will sponsor its third Integration Run starting at 10 a.m. May 28 around the Ohmbachsee lake.

Adults and children, with or without disabilities, can take part in the running events, which are either 2.5 or 5 kilometers long. People in wheelchairs can take part, with or without an accompanying person.

The event will also feature an entertaining program with music, contests and children’s activities. Food and beverages will be available.

Participants will meet at the festival grounds in Schönenberg-Kübelberg (look for the signs “Festwiese”). They must register in the registration tent. The 2.5-km run will start at 10 a.m., and the 5-km run at 11:30 a.m.
