2011 Ramstein Clinic Sports Physicals

Summer has arrived and it is time to start thinking about DoDDS and KMC Youth Sports’ programs.  Most of these activities require that children receive a physical examination before they may participate. The Ramstein Clinic will offer these special sports physicals to beneficiaries enrolled to the Ramstein Clinic.

The Ramstein Medical Group will conduct sports physicals from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., August 13, in building 2114 (main clinic). These times are available by appointment only. To make an appointment call the regular appointment line at 479-CARE (2273) or 06371-46-2379.

Capt. Julia Focht is the point of contact for the August event. We encourage families to arrive to their appointment 30 minutes early to complete paperwork, process through the height and weight, vision and blood pressure stations before the actual examination. Each child should wear comfortable clothing, such as a tee shirt and a pair of shorts to the appointment.

The examination is quick, easy and valid for one year. Those interested can call beginning July 18, for an appointment to attend the sports physical day event.
