1:10 p.m.:

Damage to government property was reported on TLSC-E.  Investigation revealed two door locks were pried off and removed.   

5:05 p.m.:

Damage to private property was reported on Kleber Kaserne.  Investigation revealed an individual scratched the passenger’s side door of a Mercedes.

NOV. 3

3:42 p.m.:

A motor vehicle theft was reported on Panzer Kaserne.  

NOV. 4

12:54 p.m.:

Larceny of Army and Air Force Exchange Service property was reported at the shoppette on Pulaski Barracks after an Army

captain stole 54.24 liters of gasoline. The suspect was advised of his legal rights.

11:11 a.m.:

A break-in and larceny of private property was reported in Landstuhl.

NOV. 6

8:25 a.m.:

A drunken driver was reported in Kaiserslautern.  Investigation revealed the motorist was driving erratically. Alcohol was involved.

10:10 a.m.:

An illegal trash dumping was reported in Hohenecken.   

1:08 p.m.:

Fraud was reported on Kleber Kaserne. Investigation revealed an individual withdrew $495 from an Army member’s credit card.

10:30 a.m.:

Shoplifting was reported at the KMCC on Ramstein.  

NOV. 8

10:01 a.m.:

A motor vehicle theft was reported in Schallodenbach.

UCMJ ACTIONS

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice, to an Airman first class for violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of a controlled substance (marijuana). The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for violation of Article 109, destruction of military property and Article 111, drunken driving. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to senior Airman, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 128, assault, and Article 134, indecent language.  The commander imposed punishment of reduction below senior Airman suspended, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

• A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of a controlled substance (Dextroamphetine). The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman basic, with reduction below Airman suspended and a reprimand.

• A wing commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for violation of Article 134, drunk and disorderly conduct. The commander imposed punishment of reduction below staff sergeant suspended, forfeiture of $581 pay for two months and a reprimand.

BARMENTS

A civilian was barred from all U.S. military installations in Europe for check forgery.
