School physcials, patient feedback now available

***image1***Landstuhl Regional Medcial Center pediatric clinic and Ramstein family practice clinic offer school physicals for children ages 6 to 18 at the Ramstein American High School gymnasium, July 30 for last names beginning with A to M, and Aug. 13 for last names N through Z. To avoid long lines, the following times are recommended:

2 to 3:30 p.m. A to D or N to O
3:30 to 5 p.m. E to G or P to R
5 to 6:30 p.m. H to K or S to U
6:30 to 8 p.m. L to M or V to Z

Standard physcial exam report forms will be available, but parents need to bring any organizational exam forms, such as for scouts or private sport teams.
A final day of physicals is offered 2 to 8 p.m. Aug. 20.
