vehicle occurred in Kaiserslautern. Items were reported stolen.
6:45 p.m.: Theft from a secured motor vehicle was reported in Kaiserslautern. Items were reported stolen.

12:45 a.m.: A DUI was reported near ROB. Polizei stopped a civilian for a routine traffic stop and upon contact, detected a strong odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath.

8:47 a.m.: Three different major traffic accidents were reported near Panzer Kaserne and Seigelbach where individuals involved were following too close during a stau.
APRIL 13
5 a.m.: An Army sergeant stole a motor vehicle, caused a major traffic accident under the influence of alcohol, destroyed a traffic light and fled the scene in Kaiserslautern. Both Polizei and security forces responded due to information provided by witnesses.

12:27 p.m.: Theft from an unsecured vehicle was reported in Otterbach.
APRIL 15
3:19 p.m.: A refund fraud and shoplifting were reported at the KMCC.
APRIL 16
3:10 a.m.: A DUI was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed Polizei observed the driver operating his vehicle in an erratic manner.
Polizei stopped the operator and upon contact, detected an odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage emitting from their breath.
