11 p.m.: An Article 128 was issued to an individual who was apprehended at the Ramstein Enlisted Club because of a reported assault. The subject was not advised of his rights due to being in an incoherent state. The investigation is still underway.
10:37 a.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Queidersbach involving a POV and a bicycle. Investigation revealed the incident occurred due to inattentive cycling. Chest pains were reported.

10:40 p.m.: A DUI was reported at the McDonald’s drive-through in Ramstein-Miesenbach. Investigation revealed the subject was intoxicated, struck a
vehicle due to following too closely and fled the scene.

8:09 p.m.: A house break-in was reported in the Vogelweh Family Housing Area.
Investigation revealed the house was secure.
