JULY 10
9:04 a.m.: Failure to obey a lawful order or regulation and operating a U.S. Army Europe-plated vehicle with expired registration was reported in Ramstein-Miesenbach.

2 p.m.: A fleeing the scene was reported in Ramstein-Miesenbach. Investigations revealed the accident was caused due to inattentive driving while backing up. Damages included a dented hood and cracked headlight.

3:14 p.m.: A fleeing the scene was reported in Kaiserslautern. The accident was caused due to a failure to yield.

5:30 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported on the K-6 adjacent to Reichenbach-Steegen and Fockenberg-Limbach. The individual took a curve too wide while driving too fast for road conditions.

5:31 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Einsiedlerhof. Investigation revealed the accident occurred due to misjudged speed and distance between vehicles.

JULY 11
 6:51 a.m.: Theft of a secured motor vehicle was reported in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau.

1:11 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported on Kleber Kaserne. Investigation revealed a metal gate was dented and scratched due to misjudging proper clearance.

4:57 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Mehlingen. Investigation revealed that as one vehicle was slowing down to conduct an illegal U-turn, the vehicle behind was attempting an improper lane change.

JULY 12
2:15 a.m.: Resistance, flight, breach of arrest and escape, provoking speeches or gestures, and drunk and disorderly conduct were reported at the Ramstein Enlisted Club.

JULY 13
3:29 p.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Katzweiler after the driver lost consciousness due to medication/fatigue, causing the vehicle to leave the main road and strike another vehicle.

1:37 p.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed that one vehicle was stopped at red light when another vehicle hit the first vehicle due to inattentive driving.

6:18 p.m.: An assault was reported at the bowling alley on Vogelweh.

6:49 p.m.: Failure to obey a direct order, resistance, flight, breach of arrest and escape, and provoking speeches or gestures was reported on Vogelweh.

JULY 14
12:56 a.m.: A major traffic accident and fleeing the scene was reported in Weilerbach.

10:10 a.m.: Larceny and assault was reported in Steinwenden. 

JULY 15
6:16 a.m.: An assault was reported on Rhine Ordnance Barracks.

8:27 a.m.: An article 134, indecent language, was reported at the chapel on Kapaun. Investigation revealed the victim’s vehicle was completely wrapped with plastic wrap with feminine hygiene products underneath to form letters spelling an indecent word.

JULY 16
1:15 p.m.: Fraud was reported in Oberarnbach. Investigation revealed the subject offered moving assistance through Ramstein Yard Sales but failed to provide it, causing the victim to lose €460.

11:54 p.m.: A drunken driver was reported in Bann.
