The German-American Friendship Association Siegelbach starts the second semester of German classes the last week of August and first week of September.
“Twenty years ago we started our first week of German classes for our American friends,” said Erhard Weber, president of GAFAS.
Regardless, if people are new in Germany and have no German skills, or if they already learned some German in the states, they can get tested to find them the right class.
“We want our American friends to have a more exciting stay in Germany by getting to know the area and being able to communicate with Germans and making friends for a lifetime,” said Mr. Weber.
