Dereliction of duty, disrespect to a sentinel

An E-5 was charged, under Article 107 and 134 of the UCMJ, for failing to pay a debt and then falsely stating to superiors that his government travel card was not utilized while TDY. Punishment is a suspended reduction to E-4, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
