On-base and off-base customers Germany-wide and in Vicenza will experience one short-term service outage.
On Thursday September 04, between 06:00 and 07:00 a.m., TKS will implement a series of major network upgrades that will result in a one-time interruption of TKS services including easyConnect, easyTV, and Exchange Connect. The duration of the service interruption will be approximately 5-10 minutes.
This infrastructure upgrade will lay the groundwork for a planned increase of Internet speed, and for the introduction of new and enhanced network services.
When the upgrades are completed all TKS network services will automatically resume with full functionality, customers are not required to reset or reconfigure their existing setup.
