The purpose of the event was to boost esprit de corps throughout the wing. Tech. Sgt. Spencer Wallace, 435th Security Forces Squadron non-commissioned officer in charge of training, receives the first place award from Col. Andra Kniep, 435th Air Ground Operations Wing commander, at the 3rd annual 435 AGOW 10-miler outside the 435th Construction and Training Squadron June 28 on Ramstein. Wallace finished the race with an approximate overall time of 1 hour 9 minutes. Staff Sgt. Antonio Pegram, 1st Combat Communications Squadron facility manager, Staff Sgt. Katy Dockery, 1 CBCS material control technician, and Senior Master Sgt. Dexter Howell, 1 CBCS radio frequencies transmission flight chief, run during the 3rd annual 435th Air Ground Operations Wing’s 10-miler outside the 435th Construction and Training Squadron June 28 on Ramstein. Intended to boost morale throughout the wing, the event drew the attention of the approximate 200 Airmen who participated.
