Paintball Play Days

Come out to one of the largest Army Paintball fields in Europe and try this thrilling activity and pump up your adrenaline. Feel free to come out solo or with a group of friends to enjoy a day of excitement! We will organize two teams for continuous all day game play! We will run multiple team formatted games and allow players to enter throughout the day. You will learn to strategize and work as a team, with either friends or complete strangers.
Bad Dürkheim Wine Festival

What on earth is a Wurstmarkt? Literally a “sausage market,” the Bad Dürkheim Wurstmarkt is a wine festival, and is the main event of the year in Rhineland-Pfalz, and is one of the largest, most traditional and entertaining public festivals in Germany. Have a seat in the wine stalls, or “wheelbarrows” as they are referred to by the locals, and choose from over 150 different wines from over 50 different local wineries, ranging from the mellow Riesling to the finest ice-wine, all of which will be served in a traditional half-liter glass.
Stuttgart Cannstatter Volksfest

For almost 200 years, the Cannstatter Volksfest has increasingly grown in popularity to become the second largest European festival (second only to the Munich Oktoberfest). Considered “less touristy” that the Munich event, this festival attracts over four million visitors annually to the state capital of Baden Wurttemberg. The crowd is largely Europeans who are in the know about where they can have an authentic experience steeped in rich tradition. People are captivated by the special atmosphere of the wonderful funfair coupled with beautiful festival tents, a colorful flea market and many spectacular attractions.

Trout Fishing

Get back to nature, relax, and enjoy a day of trout fishing. While there are a wide variety of places to fish in Germany, we have chosen this one because it’s close, family friendly, and offers the possibility of catching 10-pound fish! Our Fishin’ Hole is well stocked with Rainbow and Brown trout, and even the occasional Golden Trout. And don’t worry about getting skunked, our certified fishing instructor is just waiting to provide as many tips and tricks as it takes to catch as many of them as possible. Learn to Fly Glider-Style

An ODR classic, the ever-popular Metz Stand up Paddleboard tour provides an amazing way to take in the sites of this beautiful French City. Glide across the canals of the Moselle River through the city center. A small docking platform allows us to secure our craft and then wander the city streets in search of a sweet or savory lunch option. Register early to ensure you snag a space! No previous SUP experience required, however water confidence, balance, and some physical endurance suggested. The winds can be unpredictable Water shoes and modest swim attire suggested. Sauer River Canoe

The Sauer River flows along the border of Germany and Luxembourg and weaves in and out of Germany for 17 kilometers as we meander our way down the river toward Echternach, Luxembourg’s oldest city. Mountain Biking: Foundations

This course will cover all the skills essential for you to enter the world of mountain biking. An ODR trip leader will guide you through a section of one of Germany’s largest forests emphasizing key techniques that differentiate true mountain biking from the Huffy you grew up on in the cul-de-sac. This course designed for those with previous biking experience eager to explore the world of forest roads and single-track trail. All riding demands fitness and endurance.
