Did you know? Prior to moving into your new residence, it’s very important to complete the USAFE Form 333a, “Premises Condition Inventory,” (Checklist) with your landlord. Completing your home’s condition inventory can protect you from future liabilities when it comes time to move out of your residence.

If you’re paying advanced utilities directly to your landlord, your landlord is required to reconcile the cost annually. Just give a friendly reminder to your landlord, if the landlord fails to do so. Remember not to wait and let your payments accumulate beyond your move out/termination of contract date.
