ACS Job Fair
Army Community Service is hosting a Job Fair March 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hall of Champions Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. This is a job fair where ID card holders will be able to network with more than 15 Government agencies that have positions to fill, such as DECA, DODEA, Family and MWR, 21st TSC and many more. 2022 Spring Season Youth Sports
Registration for the spring season for youth sports for the Baumholder community is Feb. 14 to March 13. Sports offered are baseball, ages 5 to 15, and Track & Field, ages 8 to 15, which cost $60. Skill Development Clinics cost $45 and are for golf, ages 8 to 15, and Archery, ages 9 to 15. Sports physicals/health assessments must be on file and current in order to participate. Spring German Hunting Course in Baumholder
A spring German hunting course will be held Feb. 19 to May 15 in the classroom at the Baumholder Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 8167 in Baumholder.
Classes are taught in English and take place Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The German Hunting Course is an intensive program. Cost is $250. Open to all hunters ages 18 and older, who are U.S. citizens/I.D. cardholders. Limited spaces available for this course. Course participants learn land management, game disease and harvest plans, and earn the right to hunt and own firearms in Germany, and earn a life-long hunting certification, which is valid throughout Europe. This course includes: Field trips, field maintenance on the reserve, shotgun, pistol, and rifle qualifications. A free Super Bowl Viewing Party will held Feb. 13 and 14 at the Halftime Sports Bar in the Landstuhl Community Club, Bldg. 3780 on Landstuhl Post. Doors open at 10 p.m. Reservation is not required. Valentine’s Day Massage Workshop
The Pulaski Yoga and Massage Studio is hosting two-hour Valentine’s Day Massage Workshops 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 at the Studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks.
