Leadership Connect provides leadership partnerships within KMC

U.S. Air Force Airmen and local German leaders participate in a Leadership Connect program at Ramstein Air Base, July 21. Participants were offered a static tour of a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft in addition to a tour of Ramstein AB to learn of the history and facts about the base. The military and civilian leaders gathered to gain a deeper understanding of the community around them and new insights on leadership challenges they can apply in their role as Air Force leaders. Leadership Connect program participants look inside a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft during a base tour at Ramstein Air Base, July 21. The program connected Air Force leaders from U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa and 3rd Air Force at Ramstein with local German leaders in the areas of business, academia, industry and culture. After completing the program, graduates have a broader toolkit for leadership from a variety of perspectives and connections with each other as well as host nation partners.
