Service Culture Spotlight: Alexandra Casey

U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz highlights Alexandra Casey for Service Culture Spotlight!

Hailing from Long Island, New York, Alexandra works as a management and program analyst for USAG Rheinland-Pfalz’s Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO).

Alexandra’s primary duties include managing the Installation Status Report, which assess the installation’s service quality against established Army standards. She also acts as the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) manager.

Alexandra has been working for USAG Rheinland-Pfalz for two years and has been working for the civil service for two years.

“The two things that I love most about my job are being able to interact with Army Professionals within Garrison and beyond though ISR, ICE, and various other projects and feeling like a truly valued member of the PAIO team. Having a background in the private sector with no prior military experience gives me a very different perspective than my counterparts. I always feel like my thoughts and ideas are respected and the level of com-mu-ni-cation and cohesion we have as a team allows us to knock every challenge out of the park.”
