The purpose of this phase of Falcon Leap is to demonstrate joint aerial tactical resupply capabilities. This is accomplished by conducting rigging operations with multi-national partners and controlling drop zones with 5th Quartermaster, 16th Special Troops Battalion and Dutch Pathfinder Company, 11th Air Maneuver Brigade. Falcon Leap 23 is a Royal Dutch Military- led, multinational, joint technical airborne exercise designed to enhance interoperability of participating NATO airborne forces and aircrews in personnel and equipment parachuting operations in Arnhem, Netherlands, from Sep. 2-17.
