Col. Boyd and Chief Gonzalez put their gloves on and joined Lajes Field CE squadron to make sure the flightline was in top shape before the start of winter season. The 765th Air Base Squadron “Dirt Boyz” plays a crucial role behind the scenes on airfield maintenance and base construction. The airfield and base are kept in peak shape because of their dedication, which enables the 65th Air Base Group to deploy aircraft quickly and effectively.
