Community information fair takes place at KMCC

Ramstein continues to celebrate the Year of the Air Force Family with an information fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center food court.

The Year of the Air Force Family is built around four pillars of excellence: health and wellness; Airman and family support; education, development and employment; and Airman and family housing.

“The need to reach out to our Air Force family is greater than ever,” said Gayle Brinkley, chief of the Airman & Family Readiness Flight. “The AF Family Information Fair is one of many ways Ramstein has planned to do that and during this event, many local support agencies will be on hand to provide direct contact with services available to each individual and or family needs.”

Community participants will include the Ramstein Airman & Family Readiness Center, Education Center, 86th Services Squadron, Health and Wellness Center, school liaison offices, housing office, chaplains, key spouses and other helping organizations from across the KMC.
