After several years in a lapse of joint training, the 86th Airlift Wing Host Nation Office and 786th Civil Engineer Squadron Emergency Management, took the lead in coordinating a German-American tabletop exercise in Kaiserslautern, April 13.
A large group of emergency management teams from the Kaiserslautern County, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force and German police, met in Kaiserslautern county’s fire and disaster protection department to work their way through an extensive accident scenario.
