Airmen receive Articles 15

Driving under the influence
An E-4 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for drunk driving. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-3, suspended forfeiture of $469 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Dereliction of duty
An E-4 was charged under Article 92 of the UCMJ for dereliction of duty for drinking alcohol while on call. Punishment received was suspended reduction to the grade of E-3, forfeiture of $978 pay, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An E-3 was charged under Article 92 of the UCMJ for dereliction of duty for watching and allowing others to watch a DVD movie while on post. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2, suspended 14 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Wrongfully possessing a false military ID card
An E-2 was charged under Article 134 of the UCMJ for wrongfully possessing a fake military ID card. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-1, suspended forfeiture of $692 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Assault with battery, disorderly conduct
An E-2 was charged under Article 128 and Article 134 of the UCMJ for kicking and hitting another active-duty member and for disorderly conduct. Punishment received was suspended reduction to the grade of E-1, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Assault with battery
An E-2 was charged under Article 128 of the UCMJ for punching another Airman. Punishment received was suspended reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $360 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Misbehavior of sentinel
An E-2 was charged under Article 113 of the UCMJ for sleeping on post. Punishment received was forfeiture of $125 pay per month for two months, 15 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.
