At 2 p.m. an AAFES employee reported damage to
personal property. Someone damaged his vehicle on Sembach.  

Dec. 28
At 3 p.m. AAFES security reported a shoplifting at the Vogelweh Base Exchange after witnessing two Soldiers select several items and attempt to depart without rendering proper payment. The Soldiers were apprehended.

Dec. 29
At 9:45 p.m security forces were dispatched to billeting on Sembach for a Sailor who was intoxicated. Medical personnel transported him to LRMC for evaluation.  

Dec. 30
At 3:30 p.m. a Soldier reported an assault. He was walking to a night club in Kaiserslautern when an unknown individual struck him in the back of the head and removed his wallet.
 
Dec. 31
At 5:45 a.m. Polizei reported an assault at a night club in Saarbrücken. Two Airmen had been involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical. Both were apprehended for assault.

At 3:07 p.m. AAFES security reported a shoplifting at the Vogelweh Base Exchange after witnessing a Soldier select several items and attempt to depart without rendering proper payment for the items. The Soldier was apprehended.

Jan. 1
At 3 p.m. a Soldier reported a larceny of personal property. Another Soldier had broken into the victim’s off-base apartment and removed clothes and other items from the apartment.

Jan. 2
At 4:30 p.m. a Soldier reported a larceny of personal property. The windshield of the Soldier’s vehicle, which was parked in Orange, France, had been broken and several items were removed.
