The Family Member Flight will sponsor a Parenting Class Series from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 17 and 22 in the Ramstein South Chapel Interfaith Conference Room. The topic on April 17 will be “Deployment adjustments: How to keep your family connected.” On April 22, we will discuss “How to motivate your children.”

An English-speaking Subversion and Espionage Directed Against U.S. Army briefing is 1 p.m. Tuesday at Vogelweh’s Galaxy Theater. This training is a mandatory annual requirement for all personnel working for the Army. The German portion of this briefing is not being given for this quarter. The Employee Assistance Program will host Substance Abuse Training for all Department of Army civilians 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Learning Center, Bldg. 3718 on Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The Civilian Human Resources Agency – Europe will host a Workers Compensation Overview for Supervisors training 1 to 4 p.m. May 30 in Pulaski Barracks Bldg. 2925, Room 104, Wing C. The Spring Community College of the Air Force Graduation will be at 2 p.m. April 25 in the Ramstein Officers’ Club with Lt. Col. Raymond Staats, commandant for CCAF, as the guest speaker. There will be an education fair before and after the ceremony. The public is invited. For details, call 480-2032.

 The University of Oklahoma will present a free public seminar, “Serbia and its Neighbors: Prospects for Stability in the Balkans,” from noon to 1 p.m. April 25 in Ramstein Bldg. 2120, Room 207. While this event is free of charge and open to the public, interested individuals must RSVP to apramstein@ou.edu.
