The first civilians to attend master resiliency training in the KMC
recently graduated from a 12-week Army Community Service course designed
to help them bend, not break.

brigade and the military community in Baumholder told reporters that

monitors remain on. Department of Defense personnel are required to
restart computers at the end of the day and leave them on overnight to
receive network security updates.
