During the cold season, vehicle owners without their own garage like to
idle their engines. Motorists run their engines in order to avoid
scraping ice and snow from their windshields and to warm up the interior

into a mecca for model train enthusiasts Sunday when the Model Train
Friends Westpfalz will host their 41st Model Train Swap Meet from 11
a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ramstein-Miesenbach will sponsor its annual Wendelinus market from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the center of town.

the Rheinlander Community Club. The haunted house runs from 7 to 9 p.m.
today through Sunday.
For the second year since its return, Haunted Tent City is scheduled to
be held in the wooded area across from Burger King Oct. 26 through 31 on
Ramstein.
