At about 4 p.m. July 19, four Airmen assigned to the U.S. Air Forces in
Europe Computer System Squadron, set out on a hike to Mariensäule near
Trier.
Future Army Nurse Corps Officer Sarah Greenberg traveled more than
4,200 miles from Cedarville University in Ohio to participate in the
Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Nurse Summer Program at Landstuhl
Regional Medical Center. Cadet Greenberg, along with eight other
cadets, arrived at LRMC during the July 4th weekend for the voluntary
three-week clinical elective for Army ROTC nurse cadets.
The 693rd Intelligence Group, previously subordinate to the 70th
Intelligence Wing at Fort Meade, Md., was reassigned to the 480th
Intelligence Wing at Langley Air Force Base, Va., during a July 23
ceremony at the Nightingale Theater on Ramstein.
