During the week, it is customary that police departments around the
U.S. observe a moment of silence in unison. Also, black bands are worn
around badges to honor fallen policemen, usually all week.

Ramstein is set to begin replacing C-130E models with the newer, quieter J models in 2009.
With the noticeable difference of a six-bladed composite propeller coupled to a Rolls-Royce turboprop engine, the C-130J means less noise.

prohibited in 30 European countries. Those who still do it have to
