In the 2,500 year-old Black Sea coastal city of Constanta, Romania, the
86th Contingency Response Group is accomplishing what is typically done
collectively by Airmen around the world: off-station training with
fellow Air Force units, joint exercises with sister service and acting
as humanitarian and goodwill ambassadors in a foreign land.
United States Army Europe officials are reminding drivers to be sure to
renew their USAREUR licenses and vehicle registrations to avoid fines
and penalties.
Officials said allowing licenses to expire is one of the most common
traffic offenses in the command. Because the USAREUR license is valid
for five years from its issue date, many drivers forget to check the
expiration date.
