Europe installations in Germany and installation-pass applicants must
register in the Installation Access Control System. Common Access
Cardholders who are TDY or visiting must be registered if their stay
exceeds 30 days.

lose thousands of dollars in benefits because they are not aware of
their entitlements. This is especially true of those members that are
separating due to Force Shaping or administrative discharges.

86th Airmen receive STEP promotions

The two Airmen never even saw it coming. Master Sgt. Jeff Smith, an air
transportation specialist for the 86th Air Mobility Squadron, and Tech.
Sgt. James Ewing, a flight engineer for the 37th Airlift Squadron were
both promoted Feb. 16 under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers
program.
