Within minutes of completing two days of rigorous training in Liberia
taught by medics from the U.S. Air Forces in Europe, 23 Armed Forces of
Liberia medical technicians were put to the test when they responded to

USAREUR unveils policy change regarding Soldiers and family time

Giving Soldiers time off to spend with their families is an important
part of our military culture. Our current operations tempo, however,
often prevents Soldiers from taking advantage of the old policy, which
allowed them to leave work at 3 p.m. every Thursday. For this reason, I
have changed U.S. Army, Europe policy on Soldier and Family Time.
