The recent tsunami disaster in South Asia and East Africa initiated an outpouring of extraordinary generosity by the American public. Driving under the influence
An E-4 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-3, forfeiture of $150 pay and a reprimand.
