An E-3 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2, forfeiture of $747 pay per month for two months, 15 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.
