Diane Schnellhammer, a teacher at Ramstein High School, was among 99
educators recently chosen to receive the annual Presidential Award for
Excellence in
Mathematics and Science Teaching for 2007.

Landstuhl Neighborhood Girl Scouts annual Leader Appreciation Dinner

Kaiserslautern High School took top honors at the annual Department of Defense
Dependents Schools Professional Technical Studies Expo for the third year in a row. The PTS Expo, formerly known as the DODDS Tech Fair, has been the highlight of the PTS program for many years.
We, the Landstuhl Girl Scouts, would like to express our sincere
appreciation for the support you, the Kaiserslautern Military
Community, has given us. With your help, we were able to sell more than
500 boxes of cookies to send to troops downrange.
At the recent Boys & Girls Club of America National Keystone
Conference in Garden Grove, Calif., the Ramstein and Vogelweh Keystone
Clubs had the honor of representing the KMC. More than 1,500 Keystone
members and their advisors were present at the conference.
