Ramstein American High School mathematics teacher Bertha Manning is a finalist in the 2005 Presidential Awards of Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. She is one of two teachers from the Department of Defense Dependent Schools-Europe selected as state finalists in the program.
It will be a big band, swinging weekend for 35 middle and high school students from across Europe attending the Department of Defense Dependent Schools-Europe 2006 Jazz Seminar at Kaiserslautern American High School.
