The Ramstein High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Program conducted a quarterly commander’s call on Feb. 9 recognizing and awarding cadets that displayed exemplary conduct and academic skill in the second quarter of the school year as a model to their community and peers.
