Every year, Veterans Day is celebrated on Nov. 11 in remembrance of all
the veterans who have dedicated their lives in the service of the U.S.
Armed Forces.
On Oct. 25, Gudrun Westing, the German American International Women
Each year the U.S. Senate sponsors a week-long government and leadership
conference and an opportunity for a student to be awarded a one-time
$5,000 scholarship. Only high school junior and senior student
government officers are eligible.
We all know Halloween as a time of trick-or-treating and cheap scares,
but the history of Halloween tells a much different story.
With school back in full swing, school activities are sprouting up
again. One activity at Ramstein High School is devoted to helping
elementary school students deal with a deployed parent.
