KMC student gets involved, donates shoes for charity
As the Air Force celebrates April as the Month of the Military Child,
many KMC parents are expressing the many reasons why they are proud of

The CU 4 Reality Education Program, sponsored by Service Credit Union,
has given Kaiserslautern and Spangdahlem middle school students a
chance to learn about managing finances and how to calculate earnings
and expenses.
U.S. Army Europe family members ages 14 to 22 can apply for summer
employment in the 2010 Summer Hire program until May 7. The program,
which runs from June 21 through July 30, provides jobs in clerical,
labor and child development positions.
Board cancellation The Ramstein Education Center received official notification April 8 that stated the Air Force announced cancellation of the 10OT04 Non-Rated BOT board. Over a period of six days, students from Kaiserslautern and Ramstein
high schools attended the 24th annual international Model United
Nations conference in Dublin, Ireland, hosted by Ireland
Students at Landstuhl Elementary/Middle School not only had the
opportunity to see Paul Staso in person, but they also had a chance to
participate in his 500 mile, three-week run across Germany.
Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe staff, along with their 86th
Airlift Wing counterparts and all KMC military and civilian
organizations, will observe Job Shadow Day Thursday.
