The running association LLG Sickingenstadt Landstuhl sponsors its 19th
Christmas Market Run starting at Sickingsporthalle (gym) next to the
public swimming pool in Landstuhl Sunday.

The Kaiserslautern Kingfish Swim Team celebrated a big win Nov. 10
after coming out on top at the European Forces Swim League North Region
Long Distance Championship Meet held in Baumholder.

Hohenfels Soldiers dominated the 2007 U.S. Forces-Europe Combat Cross Country Championships Oct. 13.

The Kaiserslautern Kingfish Swim Team hosted its second meet of the
season on Nov. 3 and its youngest swimmers showed improvement and
impressed the crowd.

Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig presented Maddie Byrd, a Ramstein youth, with the Major League Ball STAR award at game three of the World Series in Denver Colo. Maddie, 15, is the daughter of Lt. Col. Phil Byrd and Tammie Byrd.
