Biggest Loser — KMC style
For the third year, the Ramstein Southside Fitness Center is hosting a
Biggest Loser competition from now until the end of March.

Men and women from all branches gathered from around the KMC for the
biannual Bench Press Competition. The event was hosted by the Ramstein
Southside Fitness Center, with each individual participating for the
coveted title.

MMA: Competing through dedication, training
Airmen around base use various outlets to better themselves physically.
Some workout with friends, others play sports. But some Airmen, like
Tech. Sgt. Jerry Nelson, 603rd Air Operations Center personnel recovery
controller, simply beat people up.

Service members and civilians came together for the Ramstein Jujitsu
Club, by taking part in the martial arts combative sport at an Army
combative gym on Rhine Ordnance Barracks.

Kingfish do it again!
This season was supposed to be something of a re-grouping year for the
Kaiserslautern Kingfish Swim Team. At the end of last season, seven
seniors graduated. They also lost several multi-swimmer families to
PCS.

The Kaiserslautern Kingfish Swim Team converged on the Olympic Pool
Wezenberg in Antwerp, Belgium on November 24-25 for the European Forces
Swim League Long Distance Championships.
