Healthy Weight Week is Sunday to Jan. 21, and servicemembers and their families can celebrate healthy lifestyles and prevent eating and weight problems. Eating well, living actively and having a healthy self-image are the main focuses of the week.
Healthy Weight Week celebrates a healthy, non-diet lifestyle for people of every size. It helps them move ahead to healthy habits they can live with the rest of their lives; creating sound habits that prevent eating and weight problems instead of intensifying them. Healthy Weight Week is a time to stop dieting for good and begin living life in healthy ways.
