News Chief Operations Officer for US Space Force visits NATO Space Center by U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa June 9, 2023 U.S. Space Force Lt. Gen. Burt visited the Space Center within NATO Allied Air command to learn and understand how the U.S. can best integrate and support the Alliance’s space mission. In December 2019, NATO Heads of State and Government declared space as the Alliance’s “fifth domain” of operations, alongside land, sea, air and cyberspace, which provides new space for information sharing, capability building, and multilateral cooperation alongside our NATO Allies and Partners.
