Illinois Boulevard, located between Jefferson and New York Avenues (by the Nightingale Theater and the AAFES gas and service station on Ramstein’s North Side) will be closed from May 8 to June 30.  The road will be undergoing a full-depth repair.

Housing Spring Flowers:
1. Reminder – Your flower orders will be available for pickup behind the AAFES Vogelweh Power Zone on the dock, Bldg. 2011, during regular business hours.  Resident pickup dates are as follows:
– Vogelweh, Sembach, and Flieger/Blutacker: May 17 to 23
– Ramstein and Landstuhl:  May 24 to 30
2. Occupants are required to plant and maintain the flowers.
3. KMC (Non-Housing) Flowers are available for pickup May 16 to 18 at the KMC Self-Help Center, Bldg. 510. For further information, please call 480-5034.

The 435th Logistics Readiness Squadron Materiel Management Flight recently won the 435th ABW Self-Help Award for Jan.-March 2006.

Kisling Closure
There is a planned closure of Kisling Avenue on Ramstein (for east-bound traffic only).  The closure will occur from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday.  Please take note when planning your driving route.
