SKIES Unlimited offers individual flute lessons. Sessions are held on Wednesdays at the Landstuhl Youth Center. Students can learn new techniques and control, as well as progressive studies and music. Recitals are held twice a year in the spring and fall. Chapel news
The chapel will offer a 13-week financial class at 6 p.m. once a week beginning Jan. 20. The class, Financial Peace University, will be held at the Health and
Wellness Center on Ramstein and will cover all areas of personal finance from creating a budget, to paying off debt, to saving money for emergencies and retirement. The class costs $50 ($25 for E1 to E4) and includes a membership kit, 13 audio sessions, FPU envelope system, budgeting forms and debit card holders. The KMC chapter of the Military Council of Catholic Women will hold a retreat Sunday and Monday. Sister Angela from Schoenstatt will be the guest speaker. All talks will be at the Ramstein Northside Chapel. The first talk, “Finding Christ … In Your Family,” will be held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The second talk, “Finding Christ … In Your Workplace,” will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday. The third talk, “Finding Christ … In Your Heart,” will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
