Comm changes on radar

The 30-year-old system provided air traffic controllers with a 360-degree view of Ramstein’s 11,000-square-mile airspace. Its replacement will provide all the capabilities of its predecessor, while vastly improving the detection capabilities and overall support for air traffic controllers.
